In that time, you may want the participants to experience testing instruments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™ and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument™ to better gauge their communication and interaction styles. CEI also has numerous group exercises that make meetings enjoyable as well as informative and insightful.
Of course, most of the time is devoted to the business of the group—the creative thinking and exploration of the present and future directions they are considering.
