Heidi Florzcak, M.S.
A
member of CEI's professional staff, Heidi Hamilton has over 10 years' experience
as a trainer, developer, and consultant. She has extensive experience in
customer service, particularly for the airline industry.
Ms. Hamilton's training experience has included developing and facilitating
workshops in customer service, presentation skills, effectively dealing with the
press, change management, and team building. She has won the praise of audiences
ranging from entry-level personnel to senior management for her dynamic,
informative instructional style.
In addition to her training background, Ms. Hamilton has significant experience
in human resources management and supervision, including recruiting,
interviewing, and selecting front-line service providers.
Heidi's education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising with a minor
in Public Relations from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of
Science degree in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University.
She is a member of The American Society for Training and Development and The
Society for Human Resource Management.
